1-16 oz can chick peas
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic
1 t salt
2 t olive oil
Mix lemon juice, tahini until smooth and creamy
Add garlic, salt, mix all together with food processor.
Another variety:
1 can chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
3 T lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1 garlic clove
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 T chopped dill
