From: 1st Traveler's Choice International Cookbook Crescent Roll Casserole
1 can crescent rolls, 1/2 lb. pork sausage, 8 eggs, 1/4 c. milk, 1-1/2c. frozen hash browns, 1 c. cheese. Optional: Add 2 T red/green pepper, 1 T onion.
Press crescent rolls onto pie plate, making a crust. Brown and drain sausage. Mix eggs, milk and cheese. Layer onto crust first the hash browns, follow with sausage. Top with egg and milk mixture. Bake 350 45-50 min.
Fruit Cup
Serve frozen fruit (blackberries/blueberries best) sprinkled with Sorbitol, thawed and drained in individual cups.
